Further, the attorneys of TYRK advise owners and developers on real estate and zoning issues, including matters relating to obtaining governmental approvals for subdivisions, re-zonings, special exceptions and variances.
Our attorneys also have many years of experience in creating homeowner’s associations and condominium regimes. TYRK attorneys also assist in the structuring of transactions in order for them to qualify for tax-deferred treatment pursuant to §1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. When appropriate, our professional company, Professional Intermediaries, LLC, may act as “qualified intermediary” in these tax-deferred exchanges.
